You Need What Type of File?!

We often need to ask our customers to resend their logo as an .eps file in order for us to be able to use it on promotional products and apparel. Many don't understand the difference between logo file types and often need a designer get what we're looking for. This complicates the process, especially if they can't get an .eps file. Generally, in that case, we have to re-draw it for them and they then incur a set-up charge.
